TYEPS Mission

To Create, Develop, Empower, and Inspire the vision of youth, to visualize life through hard work, transparency and independence through the enhancement of essential training, education and readiness for employment and institutional placement.

About TYEPS

TYEPS operates under the umbrella of the Triumphant Community Relief & Advocacy Center (TCORAC) which is a 501 (C) (3) TAX-deductable organization.

TYEPScaters for youth and under-resourced students to becoming productive in their respective communities, and becoming better citizens.

TYEPS focus is to provide necessary training, professional experiences, guide and lead youth towards a gainful employment. It strives to give necessary advice and help to place youth into required schools, colleges and universities by helping in the application and financial aid processes.

TYEPS conduct seminars and conferences by providing a platform where by youth can present motivational stories about their experiences and successes that will inspire other youth. Will provide the initiative to refer youth for participation in local employment programs, mentoring, skills training and participates in other activities in schools, the community, clubs etc. to enhance their preparedness for employment and career building.

TYEPS will use volunteer services such as Coaches and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, designed to assist youth with employment readiness and job search, and online resources that list job fairs and employment tools, and provides updated information for its disabled youth.
