TYEPS GOALS

• The founder and Executive Director have exceptional passion to help youth in need, in many communities. He is wholeheartedly steadfast on this humanitarian goal with a heart to see that youth in Virginia and elsewhere succeeds by becoming employed, independent and better citizens in their respective communities.
• TYPES is prominent in helping to provide several employment and placement services for youth in high schools, community colleges, universities and employment in fast food industries, restaurants, hotels such as McDonald, Burger King, etc. and in other retail stores like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, and in Custodial Services, and Health field.
• However, TYEPS is facing an up hill battle since 2008 due to the serious unemployment situation facing the country. Due to these abnormalities, TYEPS is forced to review its programs to fully concentrate in providing support to the employer and employee through comprehensive training and internship.
