TYEPS Programs

The TYEPS programs include the following:

Youth training in order to increase youth proficiency in professional work skills

• Teach youth how to Prevent Youth Violence                                                                            
• Life-skills and job readiness workshops
• Educate youth on conflict resolution and youth compliance
• Teach youth acceptable interview skills, professional resume writing, and ethics.
• Assist youth in the process of career planning and growth
• Conducts strategies in sustaining youth employment
• Support the youth with their post–high school plans, and job training programs
